Is the Sign On Fee a one-time or recurring cost?The Sign On Fee is a one-time implementation cost. It includes onboarding support, platform training, and expert guides to help you meet Fair Work obligations and reduce legal risks in Australia. You’ll also receive access to a downloadable Google Drive folder and filing system to help manage all your employee, customer, and supplier records, both online and offline.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade to annual billing at any time within your dashboard to take advantage of the 15% discount.

What happens when I exceed my employee capacity?If your business grows and exceeds the employee limit of your plan, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to a plan that fits your new size, ensuring continued compliance and full access.

Is support included in all plans?Yes. All plans include support. The Free plan offers basic assistance, and all paid plans come with priority support and faster response times for a more personalised experience.
