If you sign or send a document using Business Kitz eSigning, including where one of our customers has invited you to sign, we collect your name, email address, IP address, device data, identity verification information and an audit trail of signing activity. We use this information to provide the signing service and to keep a record of how and when documents were signed.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
